Loving Meditations is the only mindfulness App designed for cancer patients and caregivers. Watch Loving Meditations daily to become an active participant in your healing journey.

Daily mindfulness has been shown to alleviate common side-effects like fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, pain, fear and depression. Each day, you can experience more calm, mental clarity, peace of mind, hopefulness and even joy.

Loving Meditations was founded by Tamara J. Green, LCSW and David Dachinger. Tamara is a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and meditation facilitator. David is a Grammy® nominated composer and a stage-4 cancer survivor. As a caregiver and patient they lived through cancer diagnosis and treatment including scans, radiation, chemotherapy and surgery. Their journey led them to discover growing scientific research demonstrating how meditation and mindfulness improve patient outcomes.

Use wait time productively to become more grounded and calm. Guided meditations are the perfect way to ease your way through treatment, recovery and waiting for scans, surgery, exams or other services. The average doctors appointment takes 121 minutes, including 64 minutes waiting for care or filling out forms; only 20 minutes is typically spent actually seeing a doctor. (Harvard Medical School)
